Unauthorised Charges

I have been getting charged by SoMusic (R49) and TechTrace (R35) since last year October. According to TechTrace (SoMusic cannot help me as their systems are down and cannot tell me when they will be up) - Elite Mobile signed me up for this service. When I phoned Elite Mobile, they told me their systems were down and they could not help me and I would have to phone back (Funny that both SoMusic and Elite Mobile are having technical issues).<br> This is unacceptable, especially since I have never signed up for ANY of these subs. I would like a full refund immediately of the charges that have been debited to my account
