Still waiting for them to contact me

I requested proof of signing up for such service, or a full refund, and they said they would get back to me with all the details. I am still waiting for them to get back to me AGAIN.<br> <br> Please contact me with the proof that I signed up for this service.<br> <br> I have not spoken to anyone again, and they nave not sent me an email or sms, so they just left it hanging again.<br>
