So music - Unauthorised debit order

<p>I discovered an unauthorised debit order on my account. As it refers to a reference number, I asked my bank to ran a magtape check to find out who ran the debit order through my account. The magtape check revealed a company called business online and when I phoned, it transpired that it is in fact So Music whom I've never heard of. I phoned them and they denied putting through the debit order. I suppose then my bank employees are idiots and magtape checks are ****! I of course reversed the debit order and be warned So Music, one more unauthorised debit from you, I will start a complaint procedure at the customer protection council and lay a charge of theft at the police. </p> <p> </p>
