I can't redeem my vouchers. I can't place an order because the website is constantly under construction. My emails are not answered. The telephone line is almost permanently engaged. Consultants scream send another email - why? Supervisors are always in meetings and never phone back. What is the link between So Music and MTN? The latter was the reason why I subscribed in the first place.
