So Music giving you the runaround

I logged a complaint about So music last Tuesday. I was called twice and told that they will revert back in 3 - 5 working days. It's been over a week now. <br> <br> They're response is that it takes that amount of time to find the audio tape of when you \confirmed"that they may debit money off your account for this music service they provide. This all seems to be a stalling tactic.<br> <br> This has to come to a resolution very soon. I will be taking further steps.<br> <br> """
