Please stop!!!!!

So music is deducting money of my account and nothing can stop them. Ive stop the debit order but they went and changed the reference number and another R49 went off. I am really fed up with this. There is no way to get hold of them by phone. I want refunds on all these months. Where are so music offices? Why no answer when I call the number listed as there contact number? This so called company is getting into anybody's bank account and that's fine. I WANT THEM TO STOP DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT NOW!!!!!!
