Incorrect refund

Good day,<br> <br> According to my records almost R1000 have been paid to So Music without my permission over a number of months.<br> <br> The refund from SoMusic was only R147<br> <br> This I do not understand. I've followed up with all the relevant parties as per SoMusic's advice like vasnetwork for example, however when I call them they do confirm it is not them and is actually from SoMusic, which I never used, or even aware of .<br> <br> I have never signed up with SoMusic, When I asked them, SoMusic could not provide any proof whatsoever that I ever signed up with them<br> <br> Last time SoMusic did promise me they will follow up with Vas Networks but until this day there<br> have been no progress on my refund.<br>
