******* deduction of funds from my account

So Music deducted money from my account since January 2015 for services I did not subscribe for! The company I signed an agreement with added a monthly So Music voucher as an additional benefit. So Music took this opportunity to deduct an estimated amount to the value of R600 per month from my account for services I did not agree too. <br> Trying to locate them and cancelling the service is a nightmare. I don't even know where they got my banking details from. <br> Immediate refund is expected as I did not authorize any debit orders... This is ********** behaviour which should be addressed and rectified.<br> I don't want their vouchers or services in future ever again.
