Great and Helpful Call Centre

I had purchased something from the SM website and my computer crashed during the transaction, and I was not sure if the payment had gone through. I then called the support line and was greeted by a helpful young lady who assisted me and assured me that my payment had been received and my order would be delivered in a few days.<br> I forgot to take the person's name but i think this brand definitely has the most helpful call centre i have ever dealt with.<br> <br> Thanks again!!
