Feedback received regarding refund

So-Music deducted money from my account since Jan 2015. I've requested a refund. They are in process of arranging the refund. The biggest portion of the outstanding balance is due by 3rd party service providers (Safety box, Rescue box and SOS squad) linked to the agreement made with MWEB and therefore So-Music is not to blame for that.
