DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!

I have had So Music debit orders coming off my account for well over a year. I had no clue what it was but it was R49 and therefor I never really bothered to go cancel the debit order as I don't mind supporting a South African company with my R49.00 even if I don't know what they do. But yesterday I did a credit check through Trans Union and then another through Nedbank first thing this morning and according to both their records So Music has made a not on the credit Bureau that I have an outstanding amount owing to them of R49.00<br> <br> I found the company and called them but absolutely no one can help me, then I email the support address and it seems everyone that works in the support them wasn't there. I don't know what else to do, a negative credit record will cost me my job and the new bond I am applying for. this needs to be urgently rectified, I have already contacted the Ombud and this will be my last attempt at getting a response from So Music before proceeding with legal action. <br> <br> I am now missing out on an investment property and risking my career all because of So Music who I thought I would be kind to and support as a good deed.<br> <br> <br> Mark Bennett
