Debit orders still being deducted

I never used the company's services, but based on their admin, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

In April 2017 I made the mistake by agreeing to a phone contract through Elite mobile for a Vodacom contract that involved a Vodacom powertab.

With this contract there was 3 separate debit orders that went off every month. So music (R 50), Safety box (R 47) and Rescue box (R 57)

In December 2017 I phoned the Rescue box's call center to cancel this debit order, with the thought that this is 3 separate companies. When I spoke to the man, he said that it is the same company with 3 divisions. He will arrange that my debit orders be stopped.

I made the mistake by not checking that.

It has now been 2 years, that debit orders is still being deducted from my account. Las week, I sent emails to their support website to stop this debit orders. I received confirmation emails that stated that my requests was resolved, but came month end, the debit orders for all 3 still went off. This is unacceptable.

I know it is not a lot of money, but what do I need to do to stop this debit orders?
