Company take my money without my consent!!

Good day,<br> <br> According to my records almost R1000 have been paid to So Music without my permission over a number of months.<br> <br> The refund from SoMusic was less than 20% of that amount.<br> <br> This i do not understand. I've followed up with all the relevant parties as per SoMusic's advice like vasnetwork for example, however when I call them they do confirm it is from SoMusic, which I never used, or even aware of since I did not sign up!<br> <br> I do not understand why this issue is thrown arround beween this two companies and I have to pay ! For something I did not ask for and do not use <br> <br> Please help in getting this issue resolved <br> This is now more than 3 months that these two companies give my the runaround. Very frustrating
