billed for product that i do AA+-ot have

Recently bought a cell phone for 99 debit so in august last year the was ? debit on m6 aacount for 60 to 99 the references was so music when I went to the bank 5 gave me the third party info I contacted so music for a refund and to tell them i do not have a contract with them so they told me its for addo?s wit my contract s9 I contacted vodacom spoke to Cindy who confirmed that my ?ontract does not have addons I then sent an email to so mus8c of which they never rep**** twice.i need my refunds as I am not subscribed to them
