Rude Till attendant doesn’t match business mission

This is on the website of this business “We Love Our Customers” until the till attendant yelled at me in front of other customers, to be quiet honest for no reason. I asked the manager to check the cameras and see the interaction, this wasn’t done. Please train your employees on customer service. Let your mission not be just for the website.
