Poor service

Very bad service. We booked and paid for an Collection on Wednesday morning the 17th July to be picked up from Upington to go to Kimberley, I phoned headoffice before making the online booking and the lady said that the parcel will collected the same day. They did not show up, I phoned the 18th and the lady apologise and said that the branch said they will pick up on the 17th and they did not show. I phoned today and complain a lot and the lady phoned the branch and said they will be here to pick up in 45min, I want to see if they are going to show up. the parcel is paid to be picked up and to be delivered but there services is very poor and bad.
