Lack of feedback on Estate Late

Snyman De Jager Attorneys has been appointed for my grandfathers estate. I have not once received courtesy feedback, I have to constantly email them at least twice before they actually respond to my emails. I have received the same feedback for an entire month now. They will be paid a generous amount of money for their services which according to me is extremely poor. Their standard response is we are still waiting for Absa - no one goes the extra mile to try and resolve the issue

I would like someone in a senior position to call me urgently

I just want to close of my grandfathers estate and get closure but this is not in the foreseeable future with the way things are going
