Deceased estate referred by ABSA

Snyman De Jager Attorneys was appointed by ABSA to assist with my deceased mother's estate. They do not provide you with any feedback, even though you call and email them, they just ignore the requests.

ABSA should reconsider its partnership with this firm as they are unprofessional and do not provide any form of assistance.
