Wrong from the start

I am trying to get a professional to repair a retractable awning. I specifically chose “Awning repairs “ on the Snupit website when completing details to get quotes. Immediately they post my request as “Awning Installation”. I have heard nothing from anyone for over 4 hours. Maybe as it’s Saturday but to get the basic request wrong right from the start is pretty shoddy.....Seems like a waste of time using this “service”
