Bad service with regards to registration fees

<p>I enroled my son at snuggles in november to start in january 2017. When I enrolled him they did not mention that their transport will pick my son at 5:30am which is ridiculous and because of that I couldnt send my son. When I contacted Mrs Pillay the principal regarding this issue she blatantly dimmissed me and told me that she cannot refund me as enrolment has been made for 2017 I further explained to her that she did not disclose to me when I registered my child that they will pick him up so early. Up till today I have not received a response from her. I have left multiple messages on her cellphone number but still I.havent been refunded. I am furious about this matter and also disappointed. </p>
