SnugEase is a ****

I placed a very big order for wedge pillows on SnugEase. At first their service seemed to be very good. Very friendly staff assisted me with my bulk order and I immediately received my order confirmation as well as receipt via e-mail. Their policy promised delivery within 7 days, when I didn't receive a shipment notification I followed up & was told that because of the time of year (just after New Year's) they were short staffed, which seemed like a reasonable answer at the time. After 7 working days they were simply not available at all. I am unable to reach them via any number / address supp**** on their site. I am very very disappointed and lost thousands of rands in this ****.
