Item not delivered

I placed an order with them last week and paid for my order. Received the delivery on 27/09/2017 and one item was not delivered. I contacted them several times on email and telephonically and was informed they will contact me back (up to now still no reply from them) I spoke to Lisa who said they will follow up and be in contact. Do not support the supplier they do not respond to any emails or return call and ***** your money. Worst online shopping experience ever, be warned now and stay clear of them.
