Refund from SNS for 2 tickets bought

On the 2nd of May 2015 @ around 08:00 in the morning I bought 3 tickets for SNS from Lebo (my rMoommate), 1 was for myself and the other 2 people I invited from Tembisa. Those 2 people were gonna be travelling from Tembisa straight to Fountains Valley, even before I pay for them I asked Lebo to keep them for those 2 people neh so Lebo said I must pay for them and those gonna pay me and I say ok and then I paid and those 2 people knew that the event is starting at 12pm but I told that I will be there at 2pm well that was not the problem at all neh and they got there at around 13:30 and they waited for me so I personally called to say that I've 2 people who are there already and they know where the event is and the tickets are with us so can he talk to someone there or securities there so that they can get inside the venue at least or give numbers so I can call so Tom shouted at me and never gave me the numbers or call someone there and those people had to pay R35 each person at main gate after, so when I got there at around 14:00-14:30 they had left already without getting at the venue because Tom refused to talk to us in proper and professional manor as your customers or supporter
