snowvalley communications fix this

first of all i just want to state that i would gladly change my review here if snowvalley would sort out my issues. i have been trying since December to get my terrible connection sorted. iv contacted the numerous times and still no progress. i have even left a message to the supposed owner and my voice note was listened to but no reply given. i am losing my patience with snowvalley , i have been civil and tried going by this the correct way now i must leave a review to hopefully get helped. my issue is that i barley get 3mbs speed on my line when i pay for a 10mbs, i was told it might be my pc. so i took it to another internet line and my pc is perfect, i was told it might be my router so i've tried 3 separate routers but still no change, iv even tried 4 different ethernet cables but no luck. they check my line on thier side and say its working perfectly and thats as far as it goes. why snowvalley wont come and sort out this issue is beyond me. and its probably a minor fix. absolutely terrible service. please someone of importance contact me and sort this out.***)
