Good day. To whom this may concern. My name is Nadine,i am runing a food store business under a name of discount fast food and im dealing with a lots of different suppliers. Between those suppliers there is a snow serve that's supply me with ice cream. I've been buying from them for almost two years and im verry disappointed at the way I was treated as a customer. I was given sour ice cream by them i complained and they took more then two weeks to sent a driver to collect it But now they are refusing to give me my money back or to exchange itfor me. I Spoke to grant the owner of the company on this number ********** 434 more then three times and wrote an e-mail for him asking him on a very nice way to do something for me on it .he just refused and he said that im starting Enoying and irritating him .And I was **** to on the phone also by email they thaught I threw my prove of payments away they **** about the day it was delivered to me and the standing shelf date which I have on their e-mail .I paid that money to make a very small profit sometimes now it looks like im going to loos it all. I would like to please ask you guy's after having a look at this matter to do something on it if you can for me to not loose. Warm regards
