My washine machine had a breakdown and prior to visiting ,i contacted Snowparts and they directed me to there watsapp platform, whereby we collectively discussed my replacement parts. The turnover time to source products avaibability was quick.Furhermore when i collected parts ,the frontdesk was assertive and sorted my order out in a jiffy. However they lack more tecnical staff becos I struggled with a basic request for a fuse replacement and the kind staff told me that the tecnical staff was busy and i had to resort to internet research myself and had to approach inbound clients to ask advise. JUST for the record ,the frontline lady did check for the fuse detail but unfortunately their system needs to be updated with tecnical data. HOWEVER the minor lack in tecnical information,i had a valuable and friendly interaction with Snowparts staff which i sincerely take to heart as client 16/7/2024. I have till slips etc. Reviews and evidence go hand in hand.
