The worst Premix to date

<p>Purchased 4 Boxes of Red vevet cupcake Premix to make for my nephews party, since I am the biggest advocate for the Snowflake Rainbow mix, decided to try the red velvet cupcake as well as the brownie mix. I made 2 batches of red velvet cupcakes only to discover how horrible and sour it tasted. Also had a vinegar after taste, so decided to try another box, tasted the same. It was the night before the party, I was so irritated, I was under the impression that if the Rainbow mix is absolutely fantastic, the other products have to be top notch as well. Little did I know. The brownie mix is just as bad. Im now out 4 boxes of red velvet Premix and 2 brownie mix. I will never buy another Snowflake Premix again, unless its the The rainbow Premix. With all this trouble, I would rather bake from scratch and not be embarrassed the next time. Snowflake is supposed to have set a precedent. </p>
