Insects in my things

I am disgusted by snowflake as I have found things crawling in my cake flour that I bought when I opend my self raising flour the same thing as well as my simolina if the motto is too fresh too flop why is the packaging not completely sealed to keep fresh and preventing things from crawling in all my grocery that I bought for the month baking things is infected with this insects. I buy my things in a monthly basis so it should keep for the month however how can I use my things if it's all infected. I wanted to make simolina on the pot and used all my butter up then threw the simolina in the pot then I saw things crawling in the pot and this is a new packet that I opened up. Snowflake should seal their packets properly to prevent this. I want my money back and snowflake can come and get their products that I bought as I don't want it
