Baking with Weevils" quality "

Well I recently purchased Snowflake Wheat Cake flour from my local shop in the hopes of baking for a client. I've been a loyal customer for years always you've been my first preference because you fulfilled your vision and Mission " best quality flour to meet your baking needs " Well well was I fooled, guess what I received Weevils! Infested flour and entirely infested kitchen. It's a problem im extremely disappointed Flour is far from expiring. My question to you is how is your product packed, distributed to stores sold to us which hasn't even expired contain weevils.
