Worst Service Ever. Avoid At All Cost

Herotel Snowball is the worst service provider I have ever deal with. My internet connection drops constantly and I can't get a reason because they can't bother to answer their helpline. I called 23 times in the past two days and they did not answer my call once. Look at all the other reviews on this service provider. There is not one good word said about them.
