Worst Service Ever

I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for this company whom you pay a monthly fee too, to come out to the property to assist with the wifi which is not working properly.

There are no managers available to talk to, the customer care keeps promising to phone back and no one does. the technical department never calls back.

They made an appointment to be here 6 days ago and never pitched up and did not even call to apologies or schedule a new date.
