Useless

Terrible service. We've been with Snowball for a couple years. The first year or so everything was fine. But it's been up and down since then, with slow/snail pace speeds on our 10MEG line, sometimes it's down completely. Constant phone calls to ask they rectify the situation are fruitless, we just waste our airtime. We usually get told they will call back (seldom do), or get fobbed off with a myriad of excuses. The technician has been out twice and that does no good either. They are most likely oversubscribed. We are in the process of moving over to another ISP.
