<p>Snowball lost my VPS server in the cloud in DECEMBER while I was away. When I came back in FEBRUARY I was just told SORRY - we lost all your data and work. They did not even know that they lost my stuff untill I investigated. They sell services they do not monitor and cannot guarantee.</p>
