Terrible Home Internet Service Provider

I am really disappointed with Snowball Effect.<br> <br> I am supposed to have a 8 MEG line to my house, but in the all the time I had it, it very, very seldom works properly - and never ever above 5 MEG. It has been months of hassles and headaches!<br> <br> Today the internet have been basically non existent - again! We have contacted Snowball a few times, but until now, nothing. If it wasn't due to the fact that my office also has a Snowball line, I would have cancelled your services - but that is just further hassle for which we really don't have time right now.<br> <br> Why is it so impossibly difficult to provide a service which you advertise and charge for? You are very efficient and collecting the monthly debit orders, but just as inefficient at providing the service you advertise!<br> <br> I am just so disappointed and unbelievably frustrated!<br> <br>
