Snowballing out of control
I have tried 4 months now to get this issue resolved, actively taking off days from work and actively diagnosing and assisting from my side. Still, for the entirety of these 4 months, I cannot seem to get below ~350ms latency to LOCAL Cape Town servers using my 100Mbps fiber line. Sadly, it keeps getting progressively worse, and my money each month is being thrown to the wind.
This is besides the days where it is completely offline for more than a day at a time.
I am stuck, hopeless, and don't know where to turn anymore.

15 Apr 2018, 21:08It is also worth noting that the last 3 months, all of my airtime/minutes are used up from only phoning them, having wait times of 5 to 10 minutes every time I phone, which is nearly every single day.
I also want to make clear that the 350ms is on good days. This evening, for example, I cannot get below 780ms at all. Let alone download speeds that are far less than 10% of what it should be capable of!!
I do not know what to do with these guys, they do not help or resolve anything. They always say they are looking at it, and then restart the router after doing a speed test.. Basically the same things that any human being would attempt on their own before phoning in the first place..
If you have the option to not use Snowball, I would highly recommend exercising that option! Heaven knows I wish that I could have.

15 Apr 2018, 21:12Also, this evening, I have tried phoning twice, both times waiting more than 15 minutes each, and no one answers at all. Here I sit, having paid R800 yet again, for something that cannot even almost be used for it's sole purpose.
How can it be so difficult for an Internet Service Provider, to provide internet as a service??
