SNOWBALL YOUR SERVICE IS BEYOND SHOCKING!

Whatever you do, DON'T do business with Snowball ISP in Stellenbosch! I have never in my life dealt with such a useless Company. There service is beyond shocking. You can never get hold of them telephonically and when you email them, all you get sent back is an automated reply with a ticket number, which is never dealt with. I am pulling my hair out! It's been over four weeks since my complaint and it still hasn't been resolved. When the phones are eventually answered, the Manager is NEVER available. You will have deep regrets if you go with this Company. Customer service is non-existant!
