Shocking service from Snowball!

I have recently moved into a new home, about 3 kilometres from the Snowball office in Stellenbosch. I ordered a satalite wifi service and an appointment was confirmed verbally and in writing with their sales department a week prior to the arranged time. So, on Wednesday 18 May at 12h00 I took time off to be home, waiting for the said appointment for installation. At about 12h15 a lady from their sales department phoned me and told me that the installer (Rocko) was running "a little late" but is "on his way" (as in he has already left his prior arrangment). I waited until 12h35 and still no Rocko. I then contacted their sales department and the lady that answered the phone was like mmmm... has Rocko not called you? Oh, actually he is not comming because he is stuck at the previous client. So basically saying they were lying when saying that he is "on his way".... I then asked to speak to the Sales Manager as this was not cool. I was put through to another gentleman, seemingly in the sales department that casually told me that an installation at Snowball is like a "doctors appointment, you have to wait until it is your turn" and that they can fit me in at 15h00.(How Arrogant!!) I then instisted on speaking to either the MD or Sales Manager, but neither was available or willing to speak to me. I then got put through to Kobus (Projects Manager). I suggested that I receive discount to the value of my hourly consulting fee in lieu of the time that Snowball has forced me to waste, but he immediately said that this is not "how they work" - suggesting that their time is more valuable than mine. Kobus proved to be very helpful and arranged another available installer (why not send him in the first place??) to come to my house. Before engaging with Snowball, I did an online check and was assured that my house is within their reception area. On arrival (13h30) however the installer said that they would now first have to check whether in fact it is possible to install the service? OMG in the meantime I am sitting here like and idiot. Seriously Snowball? All and all a great waste of time and a horrible experience. Not sure if it is a Stellenbosch thing or a Snowball thing?? Well the installation is currently taking place (and I am in their area of reception) and the installers both seem very professional and friendly (even if it is an hour and a half later than the confirmed appointment and a very unpleasant instistance for service), hopefully it will work and they will save the day?
