Shocking service

Internet service is continually down. Have to log about 10 service calls, shout and threaten to cancel the service before anyone ever bothers to fix it. Never phone you back when they promise to. Keep telling us that the aerial is out of alignment but when the techie eventually came out on a previous occasion he said that they are over subscribed.
