Rain is ************* and no customer support

I have ordered my 4G rain after ensuring I will have 4G coverage in my area. After about a 5 days I received my sim card, I changed my mifi device APN settings but my sim card is still not active. No internet connection available.

I have received emails from Rain saying the sim card is active but still no internet connection. I have moved around in a 500m area still no internet which means its not the coverage but simply the activation.

I am getting no support from Rain whatsoever, tickets has been logged but still no assistance, no number to phone, nothing. The 5 owners of Rain are multi millionaires but they fail to provide their clients with the simplest of services. Pathetic.
