Poor Service - No Stars for Snowball

They don't even deserve a one star rating! Been with them for many years, but now we have reached the ultimate of all our frustrations regarding the poor service, speed, lack of integrity by the non existence of any call back promises, and not being able to fix the internet problem the customer experience. The odd "happy" customer on hellopeter can only be new to Snowball, but be ware as time goes by, they will probably be disgusted on hellopeter!
