Pathetic service from Snowball internet

I signed up for wireless internet with Snowball ( Herotel ) in January 2020.

I have had endless issues with service I have received from them.

My connection continuously cuts off and there is no communication from them.

Every time I have to contact them to enquire why my connection is down.

To add to that, they never answer their phones when I call their technical department. I have sent them numerous emails regarding this and still no contact.

My last email was a request for their manager to contact me and still no communication.

In these times, you expect business to go out of their way to ensure they keep their clients happy.

This however is non existent at Snowball.

I am disappointed with the service I have received over the last few months and will be cancelling the service with them.

I hope they get their act together as I know first hand of some other clients of theirs that are not happy with Snowball.
