Be Aware of Snowball

I just want to say over the years i had a bad experience with this ISP and their technicians will help where they can but the next week the same problem will occur, I cancelled my service with them on the 2nd of sept where they stated the previous month i need to cancel my service in 30 days in advance which i did but they still instated i must pay for November but if i calculte correct my service should have been cancelled the 2nd Of october please be aware of this people and you pay for installation and equipement when you cancel with them they want it all back with no refund
