Bad signal all the time and no proper communication

Worst company ever pay for a 4meg line and never ever got what I paid for signal is always so bad, bad communication s****s from Head office you have to phone them constantly regarding bad signal with the last call out the technician told us they should never have installed the wireless device as they will never be able to get proper signal from their towers. So what did I pay for? Endless problems with WiFi
