Refused to exchange damaged goods

Be very careful when buying from these guys. I purchased a couple of items where 1 was defective. I asked for an exchange and provided them the slip. They said that the item was not purchased by them and refused exchanging the item. The slip does not show any description or product code, only the price. So this is the trick. They can now refuse any claim for exchanges for defective goods.

I went to the Mall security to obtain video evidence of the item when I left the store. Unfortunately the item was in a plastic bag so one could not see the item.

They sell dashcams, LED lightbars and CCTV cameras which you won’t be able to exchange in the unfortunate event of being defective. Rather buy from Aliexpress and wait 8 weeks where defective goods can be returned. I always supported this store and in future will never set foot in their store.
