Snow Parts Terrible Service

Returned my freezer rubber which took Snow Parts almost 5 days to make. It didn't seal probably because the new rubber was broken. The guy at the desk imp**** I broke it. Is this how you treat your customers? Now I have to wait another day for another rubber. Once I receive my new rubber , I will never ever do business with Snow Parts again.
