Poor Customer Service

<p>Their staff do not know how to work with customers. I have bought a washing mashine motor last week. After I gave them all the details, they gave me a motor. This weekend when my husband want to install it, we noticed that they gave us the wrong motor. I took the old motor and new motor back to them today. They gave me the correct motor. There staff is very unprofessional. I gave the guy the invoices with proof of my payment and then he lost it. Then they claimed that I paid less than what I am saying. That force me to go to the bank and get a statement to ptoof that I did bought it last week and the amount I am saying is correct that I have paid. Spend a hour in the shop.</p>
