snooze pjs terrible quality, no response to complaints

I ordered two pairs of pajamas from snoozepjs. Despite being expensive the quality was atrocious. After only two weeks one pair had come apart along multiple seams. I emailed the company and they offered to send a replacement. I had to follow up numerous times in order for this to occur. Once I did receive it it wasn't the same style that was damaged, instead I had been sent a pair not even advertised on their site (I assume it is because they were a hideous colour and therefore had not sold). I again emailed to ask why they hadn't sent the correct style, I received absolutely no response from them. I have not worn the replacement pair but have washed them, again completely came apart along a seam. Poor quality, expensive and zero customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
