Horrible Snookums not pumping breast pump

Worst decision I have ever made as a new mom I bought the breast pump for 1800 at Babies R us. One side of the pump was pumping nicely while the other was not working. I am at a point where i need my refund as their customer service is terrible. I was told to communicate with them via email all I was told is I won't get my refund as they have no return policy due to hygiene. How does a pump that was bought on the 1st day of use or testing it out not work and you cpantp return it. Then you hide behind policies. How many times will I return to the store for my pump to be fixed. All they care about is collecting money zero regard for customer's needs Babies R Us are just the same.
