Still awaiting cash sale, Bongiwe Davids

<p>it has been a year already of ducking and diving of the estate agent, every time my mom asks for feedback she get told that they are still waiting for paper work to be done,how long does it take. All this stories being told to my mother.... is it because she is a pensioner and doesnt know better? or legal steps should be followed in oreder to get this issue resloved</p>
