improved client service from Snooks agent.
snooks protea north gave me a hard time while I was their tenant at (Protea Glen ext 13 number 13541 canary-den street. my issue was the major issues where plumbing(flooding is human stools), a plumber who was forever drunk, poor customer service and my late refund. I had talks with the agent Jabuile and we were able to reach a professional agreement.
the important factor of this whole matter was customer service, communication and a sense of agency. nonetheless the matter was resolved and I'm pleased.
